Intensive Course Terms and Conditions -
Cancellation or postponement:
Any disagreement should be taken up with the driving instructor or with the school itself. The school promises to account for any money paid directly to the school, however as our instructors are franchisees and are self employed any monies paid to the instructor constitute a contract between the instructor and yourself as we cannot account for monies paid to the instructor
We will do our utmost to train you to test standard. However we can’t offer a guaranteed pass on these courses, as this is dependent on the individual’s ability on the day of the driving test.
While every effort will be made by your instructor, should the pupil fail to reach a satisfactory standard of driving, or is likely to be a danger to themselves, third parties or property, we reserve the right to refuse to present the pupil for a test. No refunds will be made.
Upon choosing to take an intensive course a deposit is required to secure your place. This is non-refundable.
The balance is then due 10 days before the start of your course. If this is not paid the course will be cancelled. If the course is cancelled more than 10 days prior to the start date a 20% fee of the balace is applicable. (Not including deposit. See clause 4.) Less than 10 days and the full fee will be payable.
Any extra lessons you require will be charged at the standard area lesson rate
No guarantee can be made by Safedrive Driving School as to the availability of DVSA (Formerly DSA) tests on the dates requested.
Safedrive cannot and will not, be held responsible for any expenses incurred in the event of the DVSA (Formerly DSA) cancelling a test. In such cases, all complaints are solely with the DVSA (Formerly DSA), and must be made to them alone.
